Q1) How do I purchase the bags from you?
A1) You may do so by emailing us at pinklemonademiss@yahoo.com on which bag you are keen on. Please indicate the item code in your email. Once your order is confirmed, we will need you to fund transfer the funds to our POSB Savings account no 137-55740-1. Once your funds have been received, we will mail out the bags to you or arrange for a meet up if possible; subject to seller's avaliabiltiy.

Q2) How can I join your mailing list and be informed of the latest collections?
A2) All you have to do is email us at pinklemonademiss@yahoo.com and we will put you on our mailing list

Q3) Where are your products from?
A3) We source for the products from overseas and we are constantly on the look out for new products.

Q4) If an item is /Sold Out/Unavailable/Out of Stock, can I still buy it?
A4) We will try to contact our suppliers on the avaliability of the item you are keen on and we will get back to you on your request again.

Q5) How much is normal postage fees?
A5) We only do deliveries in Singapore.  Please refer to the link from Singpost on the charges:

The price of the postage will depend on the weight of the bag you purchased.

Q6) What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage?
A6) For normal post, the item may not be trackable ; Registered postage (while it cost more) can be tracked.  Registered post costs an additional $2.24 per parcel on top of normal postage costs and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online.

Hence, we will not be liable for any lost in mail bags if you opt for normal postage.

Q7) Can I do any refund for the purchase bought online at MSPINKLEMONADE?
A7) We are sorry that items purchased are non-refundable.
